This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Delano Residents Directory is privately operated. It cannot pull files, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or change a roll. Those requests belong with the office that created the record. For emergencies, dial 911. If you believe you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.
